Side Quest: Quixote brings together a rich, evocative program ranging from Chapí’s La Venta de Don Quijote (“Castellana, tan gentil y bondadosa”) and Delannoy’s Trois Chansons, to Ravel’s exquisite Don Quichotte à Dulcinée and selections from the beloved musical Man of La Mancha.

 

Starring the magnetic Richard Ollarsaba, last season's Man of La Mancha, who brings artistry and heart to multiple roles, including Don Quixote and Cervantes, this concert captures the knight’s ideals, joys, and quests in a fresh and resonant light. With vocal artistry that thrills and narrative depth that touches the soul, it’s a performance not to be missed.
