Marilyn Taylor and James Allbritten are music royalty

From training the opera stars of tomorrow at UNC School of the Arts to running the Piedmont Opera company to their own life-long singing careers, Marilyn Taylor and James Allbritten are nothing short of musical royalty.

Sitting on the loveseat in the front room of the Piedmont Opera offices on Holly Street, they hold hands and smile just like two people in love and generously tell stories about their lives together in music.
